Australian Lotto Gearing for New Year Megadraw

There is probably no better way to start off 2012 than with a big wad of cash in your back pocket, and the Australian Megadraw lotto game on December 31st, 2011, with the big jackpot being $31 million, could make that happen.

The $31 million Australian Lottery New Year Megadraw offers players a great range of entry types into the draw.

Players can purchase a standard game, which essentially refers to a standard line of numbers selected for a lotto game. By purchasing one standard game, players are offered a chance to win one prize.

Another option is to enter a syndicate, or group play, which enters the player into a Oz Lotteries Syndicate and enables you to share entries and prizes with other players in the group.

The advantage of belonging to a syndicate is that more numbers are covered, and the cost of tickets is shared among members. Naturally, by playing more games, players increase their chances of winning a prize. It should be remembered, of course, that the total winnings are divided equally among all members.
