OpenBet Technologies Limited, an online gaming and sportsbook software developer, has signed an agreement with Aristocrat Leisure Limited, to develop its land slot titles for the online gaming market. Australian land-based casino systems supplier, Aristocrat has a number of 'top performing games' which UK-based OpenBet has agreed to adapt for online use. Once converted, the games will be made available to operators via OpenBet's game package releases, as well as its Electracade subsidiary through operators in regulated markets. David Loveday, Chief Executive Officer for OpenBet explained: "The major partner agreement with Aristocrat is another example of how OpenBet can work with companies to ensure that the best content is available to online operators." "The gaming industry has been going through a transition that is seeing proven land-based content transcending to online platforms. OpenBet's leading platform allows companies such as Aristocrat to deliver their popular content to a much wider and growing audience," he said. OpenBet has revealed that the first slots game to be adapted will be Geisha slots, a 5 reel, 20 payline game with 'all the fun, excitement, colors and graphics of the original casino version', as well as popular titles from the Wicked Winnings slots series. Aristocrat Online operates by partnering with online gaming platforms that deliver their games to online gaming operators. Aristocrat Online has already created a partnership with GameAccount Network and they are now extending their operations with this partnership with OpenBet and one with Chartwell. Game titles are currently being offered through operators such as Bet365, Mecca Bingo and Money Gaming. "We've been very pleased with the initial performance of our games online, and the operator feedback has been positive. Our strategy is to put our outstanding game content into the reach of players wherever it can legally be played. These new arrangements allow us to rapidly deploy games to more operators and therefore to more players,"explained Nickless. According to the managing director, Aristocrat has selected software developers with a positive reputation for reliable content delivery and security and compliance, as well as having access to top tier operators within regulated markets.
